Frame-Tek Group is excited to offer an opportunity for individuals aspiring to start a career in construction, drafting, and project management. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Draftsperson. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong interest in these areas and is keen to learn and grow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with experienced drafters and project managers to create detailed drawings and documentation for facade projects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of prefabricated solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications and structural requirements.
- Support project managers in coordinating project timelines, material orders, and communication with suppliers and contractors.
- Contribute to the review and revision of designs based on project feedback and requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and records.

- A strong interest in construction, drafting, and project management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, suppliers, and contractors.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in the construction industry.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
