**The Position**

We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a compounder.

**Your New Role**
- Make large scale batches of Cosmetic products.
- Accurately decant and measure Raw Materials.
- Accurately follow Formulas, and process and complete documentation with attention to detail being paramount.
- Operate various manufacturing equipment including tanks, pumps, mixers, and heating/cooling equipment.
- Undertake manual tasks that may include heavy lifting.
- Keep compounding area clean and tidy.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure business goals are achieved.

**What you’ll need to succeed**

We’re looking for a self-starter who takes responsibility for their work and has meticulous attention to detail.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to work in a team.
- Organised and methodical.
- Able to learn quickly and think independently.
- Good numeracy and reading skills.

This position is a full time 38 hours week, on a casual basis; Tuesdays to Fridays, with Mondays off.

The pay ranges between $28.35 to 36.75 depending on experience.
