**As a Social Work Lecturer Level B and Field Education Supervisor**, you will teach students to become real-world-ready practitioners who are passionate, ethical, and want to make a positive impact in the world.

- Ignite intellectual curiosity through independent teaching in tutorials, workshops, placement units, and clinical sessions, engaging with students in immersive learning experiences
- Explore innovative teaching methodologies in developing and reviewing units and course materials in collaboration with Senior Social Work academic staff
- Participate in scholarly research projects from time to time, enriching your expertise and contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the Social Work field, keeping you at the forefront of the discipline and bringing fresh insights to your teaching

**It is essential you can demonstrate**:

- A strong educational background, preferably with postgraduate qualifications in Social Work
- Extensive experience in both teaching and working within a tertiary education institution, demonstrating a deep understanding of effective educational practices
- A proven track record of substantial industry practice in the social work field, showcasing real-world expertise and insights
- Eligibility for membership of AASW (Australian Association of Social Work)
- Demonstrated passion for nurturing and empowering the next generation of social workers through exceptional teaching and mentorship
