**_About the Role_**

Due to continued growth of the business we are seeking qualified Mechanical Fitters to join our team for upcoming FIFO opportunities in Victoria. 2023 is bringing a variety of projects across all fields of the Oil and Gas industry both onshore and offshore.

**_Duties will include but not limited to_**
- Flange Management.
- Internal column & vessel mechanical execution including removal and installation of complex internal tray compositions.
- Heat Exchanger maintenance services.
- Hy-Torque and Tensioning.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and P&ID’s.
- Ability to work within a team environment while capable of working unsupervised.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Strong commitment to Work Health and Safety including participating in safety documentation requirements.

**_Requirements & Experience Needed_**
- 12 months experience working on heavy industry, shutdowns and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to work shift work (Day/Night/Weekends).
- Oil & Gas industry experience is desirable.
- Construction Induction (White Card). (essential).
- Possess formal Trade Qualifications as a Mechanical Fitter & Turner or an equivalent recognized Mechanical trade certificate.
- Flange Management Training (advantageous).
- Working at Heights certificate (within 2 years - essential).
- Confined Space Entry certificate (within 2 years - essential).
- Breathing Apparatus certificate (desirable).
- Gas Test Atmosphere (desirable).
- Current Drivers Licence (highly desirable).
- High Risk Work Licence - LF/Dogman/Rigger (advantageous).
- Full Australian work rights.
