We are looking for a **Principal Advisor **to join the Iron Ore Studies, Rehab and Closure team to lead coordination, development and implementation of the **Integrated Schedule** as a part of the **Program Alignment** initiative.

Reporting to the Manager Closure Studies, you will provide leadership, direction and project management in collaboration with multiple stakeholders across our business through a variety of processes to ensure that planning input assumptions of internal and external stakeholders capacity constraints and several inter-divisional interfaces are aligned to our business imperative directives.

The primary objective of the Principal Advisor is to stand-up and operate PMO for the project from development through to implementation. This will mean coordinating the work of specialist consultants while also being the single point of contact for engagement with the key stakeholders across the business by managing cross-functional teams, project framing, value management, business case development amongst others with the following in mind:

- Meeting overall business objectives with specific focus on scope and battery limits
- Stakeholder engagement and management of expectations
- Development and implementation of cross-functional work plan to successfully deliver planned outcomes on time, on budget and to the quality expected
- Day to day management including project shaping workshops, progress reviews and project performance reporting

The Studies, Rehab and Closure team actively encourages and supports flexible work. This includes workdays, hours and location, in addition to flexible and part-time work schedules. Occasional site travel will be required to keep the study and site-based team members.
