As part of your responsibilities, it is essential to be process-driven and customer-service-oriented. You should have the ability to work effectively within a team and provide support to account managers while they are on the road. It is crucial to be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Being organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks is a must.

Our clients are leading companies in their field and are looking for a committed customer support officer to become a part of their team. The job openings are available in **Wangara and Malaga **locations, and the offered rate is $35 per hour.
**Description**
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and sales data analysis.
- Assist clients in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.
**Profile**
- proven experience in sales admin or a related role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centring mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
