**About the opportunity**

**Duties**
- Overseeing product complaints and metric management process
- Guaranteeing products complaints and counterfeits cases are correctly reported and processed.
- Ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and updated as per set guidelines
- Leading product complaint training
- Releasing finished products for distribution in compliance with standards
- Liaising with internal, external, and overseas stakeholders regarding batch release documents and inspections
- Performing complaints analysis reports as per company standards

**Skills and Experience**
- University degree in Pharmacy/Life Science or equivalent
- 1+ years’ experience in local quality assurance pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably Trackwise
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to train, prioritize, and solve problems
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
