**Head Coach - Rowing**
The College is seeking to appoint a Head Coach for Rowing commencing prior to the 2023/24 Rowing season. Under the guidance of the Head of Rowing, the coach will play an integral part in the roll out of the Rowing program within the school.

Within the program of over 200 boys, the Head Coach in conjunction with the Head of Rowing will implement the training program across all year groups. The Head Coach carries out a number of other important roles including coaching the coaches, offering guidance and support to all squad coaches and working together with the Head of Rowing and year group lead coaches to assist in selection and development of all crews.

The role will have an emphasis on the pathway aspect of the boys development and assuring that all junior crews and coaches are progressing technically each year, to produce results once they are senior athletes.

Applicants must have great energy and determination, and possess the ability to motivate and engage rowers of varying backgrounds and ability. Experience in rowing or coaching at a high level, along with a history of working with development club or school athletes is required.

**Essential Criteria**
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Double COVID Vaccination
- Level 2 Coaching Qualification
- Current NSW Boat License
- Ability to tow a rowing trailer
