genU Training is a division of genU that delivers valuable, job-ready and nationally recognised qualifications and vocational short courses. We also advocate for expanded education and training options to people who live with a disability, long-term unemployed and those most vulnerable in the community

As a **Training Coordinator** you will:

- Plan quality accredited and non-accredited courses in various fields
- Assist in the development and implementation of course materials and assessment
tools for accredited training programs
- Contribute to genU’s Training Quality and Assurance Systems
- Provide outstanding leadership, supervision and mentoring to genU’s Training
team of Sessional Trainers
- Coordinate accredited training courses across the region
- Assist in the strategy of business development and growth for the Region
- Represent genU Training at networking and corporate events as required

**_This is a full-time, ongoing position based in Flemington, VIC._**

**_ The successful applicant will be required to work in the office 4 days per week. _**

**About You**:

- Essential Requirements:_
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a willingness to obtain
- TAE40116 or TAE40110 with required upskilling units, or equivalent
- Strong leadership and business development capability
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively problem solve and find opportunities and/or solutions
- NDIS Screening Workers Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion
