**About the Role**

Provide a broad range of property management, initiatives, operational and security support to meet the Workplace Operations strategic deliverables. Contribute to the development and monitoring of business and project plan objectives and tracking progress and performance against agreed indicators to ensure that the business meets operational requirements, timeframes, compliance requirements and key objectives.

**Duties**

**It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as Workplace Operations Manager you will**:

- Provide leadership and coaching to the Workplace Operations team to ensure high quality facilities management, security and onsite experience for employees and other stakeholders.
- Develop, implement and promote policies, procedures and ways of working to ensure a focus on continuous improvement and compliance for workplace operations across all icare locations.
- Actively contribute to the management of any issues to ensure effective resolution with mínimal risk to icare.
- In consultation with the People Experience leadership team, monitor business operations to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and governance frameworks, providing advice and recommending action where appropriate on issues relating to risk, budget and initiatives.
- Lead the execution of Facilities strategies through oversight and optimisation of contract operations, delivery and performance monitoring.

**Skills & Experience**
- Well-developed project management skills
- Able to work autonomously and set own work priorities to ensure quality and timely delivery of work.
- Able to anticipate or identify problems and make recommendations.
