Facilities Assistant

No two days will be the same You will rotate weekly across both roles, offering loads of variety and you will develop a broad skills base across all things admin.
This is an exciting new role commencing early May 24. You will spend your time working across 2 sites in the CBD, 10 mins walk apart. Hours are 8.00to 4.30pm Mon to Fri, 38hrs per week. Salary is $65,000 + super.
Our Facilities Assistant role will mainly focus on back of house admin functions. You will work with mailroom processes, AV/VC support, kitchen and stationary purchasing, assist with external contractors, front desk and so much more

**Who are we looking for?**
- You will ideally have previous customer facing experience in a professional environment dealing with clients in a confident manner.
- You will have basic Microsoft office skills and have enthusiasm in learning new systems.
Our Admin assistants are team players, they have a can-do attitude are flexible to follow various work instructions and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical reference and police check
