As an Account Manager at Bilue, a digital and design consultancy, you'll play a pivotal role in realising our vision and purpose. You won't just manage client accounts; you'll be the driving force behind their success. Your key responsibilities include:
**Building and Nurturing Client Relationships**
- _ Forge strong, enduring relationships with clients_
- _ Understand client needs and pinpoint opportunities for growth and value addition_

**Managing Client Accounts**
- _ Be the primary point of contact for clients_
- _ Oversee the seamless delivery of services and promptly address any challenges_
- _ Collaborate closely with our on-ground consultants to gather crucial account-related insights_

**Developing Account Plans**
- _ Develop strategic account plans for business growth per client_
- _ Identify key relationships within the account and proactively explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities in line with our ‘land and expand’ strategy_

**Conducting Market Research**
- _ Keep your finger on the pulse of market and industry trends_
- _ Provide clients with invaluable insights to guide their decision-making_

**Reporting and Financial Analysis**
- _ Skillfully manage account budgets and forecasts, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met_
- _ Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, account reviews, and performance metrics to both clients and internal stakeholders_

**Financial Management**
- _ Ensure invoices are raised promptly in alignment with our commercial agreements_
- _ Work closely with the Operations team and clients to ensure the timely payment of invoices_

**Qualifications**
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

- A firm understanding of technology and digital products, in particular software design and development across mobile, web and cloud (at a level you can hold a technical conversation fluently)
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to cultivate strong client relationships
- A knack for identifying and resolving issues with finesse
- A deep understanding of business operations and the ability to craft and execute growth strategies
- A sharp eye for detail to ensure that all client needs are met
- Adaptability to cater to evolving client needs and market conditions
- Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
- Self-motivation, a proactive approach, and a results-driven mindset
- A willingness to travel as required
