**Your new role**
In your new role as Office Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Supporting the solicitors
- Providing secretariat support
- Preparing meeting papers and agendas
- Arrange meetings
- Book travel and accommodation
- Cover reception
- Overseeing general office operation
In summary, you will be responsible for managing office services, by ensuring that office procedures run smoothly at all times.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have 3+ years’ experience as an office coordinator manager ideally within the legal or professional services sector. You will have experience ensuring that procedures and protocols are followed at all times.
You will also have experience supporting senior staff in a business when needs be.
