**About the Role**

Work in collaboration with Project Managers, Program and Project Accounting teams, Finance Teams and PMO, ensure detailed project schedules and finances are up to date, ensuring version control and driving consistency of approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting. Ensure alignment with DTP’s Investment Lifecycle Framework and PMO reporting requirements. Support the broader Maintenance team to ensure project and program financial reporting is accurate and update to date. Collaborate in the development and implementation of innovative improvements to complex problems, processes, practices and systems that will lead to increased business efficiency, and improvements in delivery performance.

**Position Outcomes / Accountabilities**
- Provide high quality reports and influential advice on the status of projects and programs to support effective financial governance of projects and programs.
- Effectively develop and strengthen the capability and capacity of financial management within the project management team(s).
- Build and maintain effective working relationships and has appropriately influenced stakeholders to provide timely and effective program monitoring and financial services.
- Promote and support safe, inclusive and flexible team operations.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Mandatory**
- An appropriate tertiary qualification.
- Proficient in commonly used financial methods, tools & systems.
- Demonstrated experience in a Portfolio/Program Management Office, or equivalent, within a large and complex organization

**Desirable**
- Experience relevant to the accountabilities and capabilities of the role.
