**THE ROLE -**
- Liaise with landlords & Tenants
- Conduct various tasks to meet client needs and expectations
- Conduct open homes & private inspections
- Provide market updates to landlords

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE -**
- MUST HAVE Certificate of Registration, car & drivers lic.
- MUST HAVE Leasing or Real Estate experience
- This is a stimulating & ever changing role that will see you develop your career
- Must have a meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to multitask, be organised & work well in a team
- Excellent presentation and grooming
- Enthusiastic, energetic and strong initiative to go the extra mile
- The ability to work proactively & independently
