We are seeking two customer-centric team members to run a new flagship showroom in Sylvania. There is an opportunity for a Retail Assistant to join the team in a permanent, full-time position, as the first point of contact for customers coming to the showroom, the role is varied with task including:
- Promptly communicate progress of orders to customers
- Perform in showroom sales and provide product information to customers
- Process quotes, orders and invoices utilising POS system
- Maintain showroom presentation
- Provide detailed product demonstrations
- Assist with general office administration duties
- Excellent communication skills, and professionalism
- Possess a positive, and customer focused attitude
- Prior experience in a retail and/or health related role, servicing a diverse customer base
- A team player that can add value in a dynamic business culture
