Insights Analytics Manager

As an Insights Analytics Manager in the Validations team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in business analysis and process optimization will contribute to streamlining the Validations processes. Through the design and implementation of performance dashboard and reports you will assist with identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks to streamline the processes and improving overall customer experience. Your analyses and evaluation of the existing process will provide the data and information required to identify areas of improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Conducting in-depth data analysis and performance assessments to measure process effectiveness, identify trends, and propose improvement opportunities.- Designing and implementing performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor process.- Analysing and evaluating existing Validations procedures, workflows, and systems to identify areas of inefficiency or bottlenecks.- Continuously monitoring industry best practices, regulatory changes, and market trends to identify opportunities for process enhancement and ensure compliance.- Participating in cross-functional teams and project initiatives aimed at improving the overall Home Buying Validations ecosystem and achieving organizational goals.- Collaborating with key stakeholders, including Validation colleagues, BW Lenders, 3rd Party Banking, and IT teams, to gather requirements and understand process pain points.
- performance and track improvement initiatives.- Conducting root cause analysis to identify underlying issues impacting Validation processing efficiency and propose solutions to address them.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.- An understanding of home loan validation operations would be beneficial.- Proven experience as a business analyst or process improvement specialist, preferably in the banking or mortgage industry.- Experience in process analysis methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile, and skilled in using process improvement tools and techniques.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identify and implement process improvements.- An ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.- An understanding of Process mining would be beneficial to the direction of the role.Working with us:
