30 Acres is looking for a Head Barista

We have been open for just over 9 months and we are busy We have a great team, more customers are visiting every day and we are getting ready for a busy spring and start to summer.

We are a 120 seat eatery offering an all-day casual dining experience, including an in-house patisserie and bakery, wood oven breads, charcoal grilled food and so much more.

“30 Acres” is named after our family farm in the Adelaide Hills which currently has over 800 fruit trees, mostly a variety of stone fruits however apples, pears and some figs too. We will also produce a large variety of herbs, berries and vegetables. We have some amazing plans to expand our offering over the upcoming years.

We are offering food and beverage that is focused solely on South Australian farmers, growers, producers, brewers, wine makes and distillers.
- Have experience making coffee during packed out brunch on the weekends
- Happy to multi task during the quieter weekdays
- have an interest in local SA produce
- friendly, confident and a team player
- enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- wine and cocktail knowledge beneficial

Ideally this is a full time position, however we are happy to discuss part time and casual options.

All salaries and work schedules will be negotiated by experience and during the interview process.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
