**Requirements to be suitable for the role**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and parents/guardians
