Stegbar, an Australian market leader in the building products industry and part of the large International JELD-WEN Group, are currently recruiting experienced subcontractors to install frameless showerscreens, semi-frameless showerscreens, splash backs and mirrors into residential homes.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your business whilst reaping all the benefits of subcontracting to this well-established global organisation.

As the installation of our products is the last and vital link in our customer value chain, the motivated individual will share our passion for exceeding our customers’ expectations and will deliver a lasting impression of quality and service.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Perform effective and efficient installation methods to meet company standards, maintaining high quality and low error
- Ensure all daily planned installation requirements are actioned to meet our customer commitments
- Maintain a safe, supportive and hazard free work environment whilst always working in a safe manner in accordance with Company WHS procedures and practices
- Proactively contribute to a pleasant and productive customer experience
- Effectively represent the brand with pride and passion, meeting the company quality and service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Long wheel based van
- Your own tools required to do this work
- Construction Induction White Card
- Insurances including public liability
- Clean Valid Police Check
- Be an ABN holder
- Valid Australian Driver's License

**For the successful applicants, you will receive**:

- Ongoing Product training
- Opportunities to grow and develop your personal business
- Ongoing consistent and reliable work
- Paid travel for sites more than 50km from Factory

With long term opportunities this role will provide continual training to those whose goal is to grow their business and learn how to install a wider range of products, in turn maximising your potential earnings
