**The Opportunity**

As a Professional Planner, you will:

- Prepare Planning, site assessments and due diligence reports
- Communicate with Spiire team members and / or clients to articulate recommendations for the site or land use to allow based on original assessments prepared
- Negotiate successful outcomes when there is diverging opinions

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**About You**:

- Minimum two years’ relevant post graduate experience, coupled with relevant Bachelor Degree Qualification
- Excellent record in project delivery
- Experience in problem solving across projects
- Postgraduate qualification in a related discipline (desired)
- Membership and professional registration with a relevant professional body (desired)
- International experience in high density environment (desired)
- A willingness to stay up-to-date with changes in the planning policy framework across Victoria
- Experience in a consulting firm (desired)
