**What you’ll do:
As the Finance Manager
- FP&A, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing management reporting and analysis, taking charge of Wholesale planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, and spearheading commercial enhancements. Additionally, you will play a key role in facilitating the weekly trade narrative, identifying, and enhancing profit areas, handling board reporting, leading process and system improvements, and offering coaching and development to other members of the FP&A team.

**What you’ll bring:
- Proven delivery of business planning (corporate planning, budgeting and forecasting)
- Experience in a commercial role understanding business drivers and delivering analysis and insights on business performance,
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
- Demonstrated ability to provide valuable commercial advice to senior management
- FMCG, Retail, or Pharmaceutical experience preferred Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline
