Caretaker/cleaner - Riverside Residential Community

We're seeking an experienced caretaker/cleaner to join our team in Hamilton, Brisbane. The caretaker will work alongside our building manager, performing duties such as vacuuming, mopping, hosing, window cleaning, waste management, pool maintenance, and high-pressure cleaning (some heavy lifting involved).

**Position Details**:
We have one position available
- Part-time 24 hours per week (4 Hours per day Monday to Saturday from 7am)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years of caretaking/cleaning experience.
- Presentable with good communication skills.
- Proactive with an eye for detail.
- Capable of working fast and efficiently without compromising on quality.

**Salary**: $26.18 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
