**About the role**
**TAFE SA** is looking for a dedicated **Issuance Officer** to join the **Academic Development team**. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and timely generation of Qualification and Statement of Attainment parchments for graduates. Operating in a dynamic environment with shifting deadlines, the Issuance Officer will provide outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with the VET Quality Framework.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and issue TAFE SA parchments and Statements of Attainment for eligible graduates.
- Manage administrative processes supporting data integrity and compliance with the VET Quality Framework.
- Review and improve documentation, procedures, and work processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with educational units and stakeholders to deliver expert advice and streamline processes.
- Identify risks in work processes, propose solutions, and contribute to making TAFE SA a client-focused organisation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to consult with diverse stakeholders and deliver excellent customer service.
- Proven problem-solving skills, including using initiative and creativity to improve work processes.
- Excellent research, organisational, and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- The ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Knowledge of the state and national Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and related standards.

**Special Conditions**
- Out of hours work will be required
- Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
- Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Development Program.
