**What’s the opportunity?**

An opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Officer to join the team on a 12 month contract.

This role will be responsible for delivering the legal compliance agenda to Inchcape Australia’s business.

Further to the above, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Coordinate, manage and work on different projects
- Analyse results from supplier questionnaire, organise training, draft modern slavery statement
- analyse and understand legislative requirements, work with different stakeholders to develop info sharing platform, package scheme information, integrate with AASRA system including, platform tender, selection and set up, paywalls, SBR and Stellantis assistant
- Develop, improve process for administering dealer agreements
- Compliance training
- Marketing material review
- General advice on ACL, advertising standards, privacy
- Competition T&Cs
- Assist Service Ops with ad hoc requests concerning promotional material
- Participate and assist in product launches
- Assist Warranty and CET/CRT on ACL and warranty matters
- Assist with Tribunal case analysis and escalations
- Address queries and opt-out requests that come through
- Investigate potential privacy issues where required

**About you**:
**To be successful you will possess the following**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Degree qualification in Commerce or Law - preferred
- Project management/organisational skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills to work with diff departments/business units/external stakeholders
- Data analysis and excel skills
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word
- Motivated self-starter capable of working both autonomously and under supervision
- Good communicator at all levels
- Commercial thinker with pragmatic solutions focused approach
