Live in Nanny/au Pair Perth The Mills Family Needs

**Job Description**:
**Our Family**:
- We are a family of 4. Me 47, husband 45, son 13 and daughter 11. I am of Italian descent, my husband is a kiwi and my children were born in Australia. We are an adventours family, we love to be outdoor, we caravan, we like activity and love a good laugh. We are all very kind people and curious about life in general. Our kids are resilient and very curious in nature.
**Your Duties**:
- I would love an all rounder. I am going to Europe for work and need someone to replace some of my duties. My husband is very hands on and very helpful but he runs his own business so he doesn't always have the capacity. I just want to be able to take the pressure off him while i am away. I need someone to help get them ready in the morning and off to school. That includes, getting their uniforms ready, helping with breakfast, making their lunch making sure they are organised (including doing their chores) and cleaning up after the morning chaos. They return home around 3.15 and then ensuring homework and chores are done. There are a few afterschool activities but not that many and then preparing and cooking dinner, although it may not be every meal as my lovely aunty who is a very good cook has offered to help. During the day the au pair can basically do as they like as long as the house is kept clean, tidy and food preparation is done for the night ahead. Ideally I would love someone who is a good cook and is comfortable preparing meals for a family. There will be cleaning but I will have my cleaner come every week to take the pressure off. Washing and other general chores need to be done too. On the weekends my husband might need a little help but otherwise you will be free to roam as you like.
**Our Perfect Caregiver**:
- Ideally you are already currently living in Australia and are use to the way of how things work here. We’re hoping that our ideal au pair is kind, positive, patient, easy-going, fun, mature and responsible. My children are 11 and 13. They are pretty good kids but they still certainly need help in getting things done in general and keeping them organised and ensuring they are doing their chores. They both are pretty funny kids with lots of spunk. They are worldly, independent (in some ways) and adventurous.
