**ERP / D365 Project Coordinator / Administrator - perfect career path to Project Management**

Working as part of a growing PMO,
**ERP / D365 Project Coordinator / Administrator **will work alongside Project Managers to assist in the successful delivery of
**D365 projects.** Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the specified quality.

**This could suit an experienced Project Coordinator who is looking to take a next step into Junior Project Management (must have ERP / MS Dynamics / D365 experience).**

**Duties**:

- Coordination of project administrative tasks
- Project accounting - Monitor, analyse and report on budgets and forecasts, highlighting any variances, and providing suggestions for resolution. Processing/following up invoice expenses, timesheets and reports.
- Prepare governance reports, project status reports, presentations, agendas and minutes, and maintain logs and registers.
- Assisting to Project Manager - Project plans, reports, meetings preparations and follow up.
- Project communications
- Proactively maintain a current awareness of the project activities and status.
- Previous experience working in a similar role (Project Coordination / Administration / Support) within **large scale ERP / Dynamics D365 F&O / BC / CE projects**:

- Strong stakeholder skills with confidence in working with senior stakeholders / team members.
- Frequency. Accuracy, and relevance of status reports, project meeting, minutes and actions.
- Experience in Project coordination activities.
- Ability to prioritise, influence, and track delivery of conflicting tasks and activities.
- Must be able to work autonomously, take ownership / accountability and be proactive.

**Skills**
- Prior and demonstrated experience as a Project Coordinator / Administrator working on large and complex ERP / MS Dynamics / D365 projects
- Must be able to work autonomously, take ownership / accountability and be proactive.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to stay focused under pressure
- Proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Sound judgment and analytical skills
- Proficient experience in MS office suite
