Are you a passionate barista looking for an exciting new opportunity? We're seeking an experienced specialty coffee barista to join our team in **Ballina,** working across our warehouse and coffee bar.

**The Opportunity**

As a barista at Old Quarter, you'll play a critical role in educating our customers on Southeast Asian coffee while showcasing our exceptional product. You'll have the chance to become a brand ambassador for Old Quarter and help us achieve our mission through genuine connections and outstanding service. You will also work as part of our warehouse team, including packing orders for our online and wholesale customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Brew the perfect cup of coffee while providing genuine hospitality for our customers
- Communicate our unique coffee offering by intentionally engaging with our customers
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold high standards in all aspects of the coffee bar
- Perform packing and stock handling tasks unsupervised in the warehouse

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $32.05 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
