The wearable GPS trackers give immediate access to a silent panic function to alert an emergency contact if you are injured or need help. The GPS devices are especially useful for children, the elderly, and people with special needs.

**The Role**:
My Buddy Gard is seeking an enthusiastic Web Administrator with experience in the GPS tracking industry to join our team

Your role will be notably to maintain and adapt My Buddy Gard’s software and hardware, maintain our websites, and respond to internal and external enquiries.

This is a full-time position, or 38 hours per week.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Assessing our current system’s program needs, and identifying limitations and deficiencies in our current processes, procedures and methods
- Designing and developing the My Buddy Gard websites using Html, CSS, Javascript, C++
- Maintaining our current computer software and equipment
- Replacing equipment to ensure its efficiency, as needed
- Making suggestions for new and beneficial software as our business grows
- Downloading and installing new software
- Responding to inquiries and problems identified by colleagues and customers in a timely and effective manner
- Writing and updating user manuals for the software and processes
- Building automation sequences for the My Buddy Gard websites

**What we are looking for**:

- A keen problem-solving ability with curious nature
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own time
- A commitment to maintaining and improving quality products
- Demonstrated experience as a Web Administrator or similar
- Exposure to content management software and graphic design software
- Relevant qualification, being at least a Certificate IV in Programming
- Experience in working with CRM automation & API Programming

**Remuneration**:
Remuneration will be negotiable depending on the skills and experience you bring to the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
