**ABOUT THE ROLE**

TAFE NSW are looking for qualified, experienced individuals who wish to be considered for casual Assessor opportunities in the Agriculture, Horticulture & Conservation Land Management teaching sections within TAFE Digital. The Assessor will carry out independent assessments and grading for students, with a focus to support students in achieving the completion of tasks and identify areas that may require further training.

This position is casual and has a pay rate of $55.15 per hour. For full details about the position please review the Position Description and Information Pack.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will love this position if you like working as part of a dynamic team to assess in the area of Agriculture, Horticulture and Conversation Land Management. You will have the added benefit of work life balance by not being committed to work from a specific location.

To be successful in this role you must:

- Hold the vocational qualification of a Certificate III in Horticulture, or equivalent.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the content of learning materials and the processes used in the discipline and a commitment to maintain professional currency.
- Hold either the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or the TAESS000011 Assessor Skill Set, or the TAESS00001 Assessor Skill Set with the required additional upgrade units.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years relevant and post-qualification experience in the industry relevant to your qualification.
