We are seeking individuals with a passion for Japanese cuisine and a strong work ethic to join our team at a Japanese restaurant or sushi take away shop. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to all our staff members. As an entry-level staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

Job Duties:

- Warmly welcome customers as they enter the restaurant, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist in preparing and organizing food ingredients for various dishes according to recipes and specifications.
- Learn to make sushi rolls with skill and precision, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, cooking utensils, and food preparation areas.
- Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, accurately processing payments and maintaining transaction records.
- Address problems promptly and find practical solutions with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Assist in checking stock levels regularly and communicate with management for ingredient and supply replenishment.
- Develop the ability to slice fish with precision and expertise (if applicable and desired).
