**To be considered you will need to be able to provide evidence of**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in Aged Care
- To be fully vaccinated against Covid19
- Up to date Flu Vaccination
- Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months)
- NDIS Check
- Working with Children’s Check (State Specific)
- Valid relevant Trainings (Manual Handling, First Aid, Infection Control)
- 100 Points of ID
- Valid work Rights
- Awareness of the Aged Care Quality Standards and Code of Conducts
- Excellent communication skills

**Possible Duties**:
A personal care assistant
**provides help, support and care to patients** in their daily activities directly in aged care or healthcare organisations.

Locations Queensland wide.
**Pay rates are the highest we have ever seen.**

**Summary of Possible Duties**:

- Provide high quality support to residents
- Attend to resident’s personal care needs such as showering, dressing, feeding etc.
- Complete reporting and documentation based of the facility’s policies and procedures
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service, presenting a professional manner
- Providing care in accordance with resident’s individualised care plan
- Help customers with their shopping
- Do any necessary room cleaning
- Provide emotional support
- Inform physicians or supervisors about uncommon events
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
