Home Loan Executive

**The opportunity**

In this position you will:

- Source leads for new customers
- Source and engage referrers
- Manage customer relations and data management
- Be supported and mentored on how the business operates

We encourage you to also look for sourcing leads as well as providing leads for you to build experience in lending. Settled sale will be rewarded with commission income. Flexible working arrangements with working from home or office options.

**Selection Criteria**:

- High Level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven and motivated to be successful
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Have experience in a high pressure, deadline focused environment
- Current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence is required
- Australian Resident or Citizen
- Financial knowledge is highly regarded, but not essential

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
