An exciting opportunity has become available for an **Educator **to join the team and encourage our little one’s true potential in a nurturing environment at our **Taylors Lakes **childcare centre.

**Your new centre**:
Conveniently located next to Melton Highway and Calder freeway. We have a terrific outdoor play area for children to explore, a bike track and a veggie garden, wet play area and a modern and inspired learning environment.

The modern indoor space is bright and filled with light to create an inspiring learning environment. Filled with resources to support the children’s development, the classrooms are like a home away from home.

**Your new role**:

- You will be passionate about promoting children's development and their learning at our centres
- Work with the leadership team to provide support and training to other team members at your centre and ensure the centre meets and exceeds the NQS

**What YOU need**:

- Cert III or Diploma-level early childhood qualification (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Previous experience with administrative tasks, curriculum development, community liaison and staff training and development
- Be professional, proactive and use initiative when approaching tasks.
