**About the Facility**
BH Renal Services provides support for over 250 pre and post kidney transplant recipients and donors.
Renal Services provides care for all patients with primary or secondary kidney disease, electrolyte disorders, hypertension, chronic kidney disease (CKD) 2-5, dialysis and transplant related problems. It also provides training, support and home maintenance for night-time home haemodialysis (HD) machines that are used in the home of patients.
**About the Role**
Applications are sought from experienced Renal Nursing staff wishing to work alongside the existing Transplant Coordinator, providing preparation & coordination of investigations for recipients and live donors in the pre renal transplant phase as well as ongoing support for post-transplant recipients.
The hours for this role are 32hr/ftn with set days to be negotiated with the existing Transplant Coordinator
