Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Barista, you will be an integral part of our cafe team, responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers, showcase your creativity in beverage crafting, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service to customers, ensuring an exceptional experience with every visit.
- Welcome customers, take orders, and accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restroom facilities.
- Monitor and restock inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures, to uphold cleanliness and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the cafe.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and expand knowledge of coffee brewing methods, flavor profiles, and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work a variable schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
