At **CPL** - **Choice, Passion, Life** we want to make a difference in the lives of people everyday. We are the leading provider of integrated support, therapy and advice for people living with disabilities throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales, and their families.
We are looking for a new addition to our collaborative Recruitment Team to take on an entry-level, in-house recruitment role. You will be CPL's go-to recruiter for our front-line workforce, our Direct Support Workers.
**Your role will include**:
- Comprehensive on the job training for the role
- Planning and posting job advertisements
- Liaising with various area managers to discuss recruitment needs and partaking in monthly meetings to discuss process improvements
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of group assessment centers, interviews and employee on-boarding
- Completing job offers and compliance checks
- Booking new starters into mandatory training's and providing employment information including training invitations, and on-boarding packs
- Drafting and approving contracts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders through the entire on-boarding process
- Working as part of the broader People, Learning and Culture team
**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Basic knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel across Brisbane for Assessment Centre sessions
- ** Recently completed or currently studying a Bachelor's in Business/HR or another related area is highly desirable but not a mandatory requirement**:
- Ability to obtain a valid Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement
- Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated (2 doses)
