Juicebar Supervisor

About us:
We are a fresh juice/smoothie bar located in Parramatta Westfield. We are open 7 days from 7 am to 6 pm and late nights on Thursday.

In this role as juice bar supervisor, you will be responsible for:

- Working in store along with other team members.
- Overseeing the daily operation of the store.
- Opening/closing the store.
- Ensure wages and expenses are in line with budgeting.
- Setting up weekly rosters.
- Hire/train staff as and when required.
- Stock take for three times in a week for regular delivery.

To be successful you will require:

- Previous experience in a similar role minimum 2 years
- Passionate customer service skills
- Great motivator and communicator
- Be able to manage COGS and labour.
- Great leadership skills
- Be organised.
- High presentation standards

You will be required to work 6 days with one day off on the weekend.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
