The CRM Executive is responsible for contributing to the growth of the brand equity of Accor Plus and thus increasing member engagement, activation and the member base. This will be achieved through delivering rich and relevant content and constantly optimising member and prospect journeys through analysis and implementation.

Fundamental to the success of this role is working hand in hand with the Accor Plus marketing team and relevant

Accor teams, leveraging the Accor Plus and Accor digital solutions platforms and ensuring a consistent message, visual identity and tone of voice across all member touch points.

In this role, you should be detail oriented, an excellent communicator and have a passion for data-driven marketing.

Balancing a creative eye with an analytical mind is essential.
- Flexible Hybrid working, work from either Sydney or the Gold Coast
- Annual salary equivalent of $72,802 (pro rata)
- Maternity leave cover contract - 10 months

**The Role**:
The CRM Specialist (Marketing) is responsible for contributing to the engagement of Accor Plus Loyalty Subscription base, through the use EDM channels to increase member awareness, participation and activation. This will be achieved through delivering rich & relevant content and optimising member prospect journeys through analysis and implementation.

Sitting in the Accor Plus Marketing Team, the CRM Specialist (Marketing) will report to the CRM Manager & can enjoy hybrid working in either the Gold Coast or Sydney. More specifically, you will be:

- Executing EDM campaigns across Asia to drive new member subscriptions to increase existing member engagement & renewal rates
- Working with the CRM Manager on Global campaigns, as well as our Partner teams on lifecycle communication strategies
- Preparing monthly reports on performance, as well as use data to support actionable insights & campaign optimisation

**About You**:

- EDM experience
- An understanding of journey mapping & campaign optimisation
- Strong copy writing background

Advantageous (but not mandatory) experience includes familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce Cloud, as well as previous experience in the hotel industry or loyalty program.
