This wonderful charity is expanding and hiring, as such they have a great opening for “can do” customer service professional to join their team. You will support on a variety of projects, be the first point of contact for the organisation and contribute to fundraising strategies to increase engagement and retention.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build proactive relationships with Donors and Supporters over the phone
- Develop and implement Supporter Engagement strategies and campaigns
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including external agency partners
- Coordinate all merchandise, marketing and online shop activities
- Provide reporting and analysis
- Work with fundraising team to achieve increase in overall supporter loyalty and engagement

**Key criteria**:

- Excels at building and nurturing relationships and delivering great customer service
- Digital and social media savvy
- Some fundraising industry experience highly regarded
- Well developed Microsoft Office & CRM skills
- Excellent time management, well organised and great attention to detail
- Reporting & analysis skills
- Team player who can work autonomously when required and collaborate with remote teams
