**The organisation**

**The role**
Working alongside a Senior Mortgage Adviser, this position will report directly to the Head of Advice. The role focuses on Home Loans, and will be responsible for analysing the market, and providing customers the most suitable loan for their financial situation.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Looking after an existing book of clients and generating new leads
- Attending client meetings and providing mortgage advices
- Assessing the market and working with lenders to find the best deals
- Ensuring compliance with banking/finance laws, and managing related paperwork
- Explaining legal aspects, and payment terms to borrowers

**Skills & experience required**
- Necessary qualifications to give advice - Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking
- Previous experience in personal finance and risk assessment
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Strong negotiations and time management skills
