**The Position**

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to move out of managing ongoing cases, and move into a one-off
**Functional Assessor** role.

You will be joining Procare Group amidst an exciting phase of growth, working with our NSW team
**based in our Parramatta office, **in an assessment-only portfolio. You will be responsible for the timely completion of Functional Capacity assessments and reports, with no ongoing case management

The role is busy but incredibly collaborative and rewarding and enables you to:

- Manage new referrals for one-off functional assessments, liaising with injured people, health professionals, and insurers, to support individual recovery
- Complete Functional Assessments and reports
- Full autonomy in planning your diary and bookings
- Participate in monthly huddle groups and workshops with other assessors for discussions, problem solving and upskilling
- Work with the NSW management team to ensure timely turnaround of reports

**We are flexible with working hours and we have scope for a full time, part time or casual position.**

**About you**

If you are motivated, and excel working as part of a bigger team, are driven, love a challenge and have the ability to manage competing demands in a dynamic, fun and fast-paced environment, then we want you
- Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist (with full AHPRA registration) or Exercise Physiologist (with ESSA registration and SIRA accreditation)
- Experience in completing Functional Capacity Evaluations and reports
- Clinical experience preferred
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach
