**Job Description**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a Part Time basis. You will be responsible for the management of accounts payable and receivable for the Hospitality Services businesses.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities
- Ensure all invoices are properly authorised as per Accor policy and procedures.
- Process EFT payment run in order to pay suppliers on time.
- Prepare supplier reconciliations and follow up on any missing invoices or credit notes.
- Liaise with external suppliers when necessary.
- Manage purchasing software and support teams when required
- Reconcile Bank against all the income and revenue received and expenses incurred
- Assist the finance team in other reasonable duties as requested by the Financial Controller

**Qualifications**:
What we need from you
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance preferably in a hospitality environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems like Xero, Receipt Bank, Approval Max.
- Knowledge of payroll and employment awards in Australia
