**Role Description/Criteria**

St. Peter’s Catholic Primary School is seeking applicants who can fulfil the following Key Selection Criteria:
- Have accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School and a strong commitment to the philosophy of Catholic Education.
- Be appropriately qualified and hold Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration.
- Support staff to differentiate the curriculum to ensure full access to all students, this includes working with colleagues on programming.
- Empower teachers to implement a diverse and flexible curriculum that focuses on individual needs of students.
- Promote continuous improvement in practice and pedagogy, using data and evidence
- based research practices.
- Can nurture constructive and respectively relationships with students, and engage authentically with families and colleagues for improved student learning.
- Able to work collaboratively in professional learning teams, displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate compliance with St Peter's Child Safety Standards in accordance with the Victorian Government's Ministerial Order No 1359.
