Job Requirements

Reporting to the General Manager and as an integral member of the TWE production dedicated to the delivery of the company’s philosophy, this is a hands-on role with responsibility for all aspects of TWE winemaking and winery operations.
- Tertiary qualifications in Oenology
- A minimum of five years relevant winemaking experience
- Demonstrable skill, understanding and appreciation of fine Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines
- Wine sensory and quality analysis training, such as AWAC, Len Evans Scholar or wine-show judging
- Strong technical knowledge
- Software competency and experience with Vintrace or similar
- Management experience & capability
- Excellent communication skills
- Capacity for domestic travel
- Ability to work extended hours when required
- Ability to attend the winery at short-notice when required
- Valid driver’s licence
