- **Support Allied Health staff in the provision of best-practice, patient-centred clinical care**:

- **Plan, develop, and establish operational and strategic directions across the Allied Health Workforce**:

- **Part time fixed term to August 2025 - 72 hours per fortnight (parental leave cover)**

**Your New Role**
- The Allied Health Workforce Unit provides a strong teamwork and leadership culture to deliver the allied health workforce strategic plan
- Use your experience to develop dynamic and sustainable workforce solutions.
- Support recruitment, staff development, and assist with informing our Allied Health workforce strategy.
- Work extensively with Allied Health Management team and in close collaboration with People and Culture
- Enjoy a career structure which develops specialist clinical, research, education, and leadership skills for Allied Health.

**About You**
- You have large tertiary hospital experience and have a collaborative working style.
- You are looking to expand your leadership and engagement skills with Allied Health professionals.
- You have effective communication skills and a passion for continued professional development.
- You are an AHPRA registered Allied Health Professional keen to work within our supportive and dedicated multidisciplinary team.
