About the organisation

A Queensland energy organisation, my client has been providing reliable electricity to homes and businesses for over 25 years. Adapting their operations to thrive in an ever-changing environment, their focus is to run a successful and diversified thermal generation business. Due to internal movements, we are looking to recruit an EA to the CEO for an initial six-month period.

About the role

This opportunity as an Executive Assistant will be to support the Acting Chief Executive Officer. You will be the critical point of contact for all parties dealing with the CEO, both internal and external. The expectation will be for you to provide high-level diary / calendar management, board/SLT support, travel coordination and ad-hoc duties as required.

About you

**We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate**:
Extensive experience providing C-Suite level support (in a GOC or Government environment highly desired);
An ability to build and manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships;
Proactive approach in managing heavy calendars and coordinating meetings;
Effective board or ELT/SLT coordination including developing packs, reports, minutes etc.;
Effective time management, discretion and confidential support; and

Approachable and engaging, is confident, responsive, flexible, reliable and solution focused.
