**What you'll be doing**:
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, we have a newly created role for a Payroll Officer, to support CSR's Labour hire payroll, across Australia and New Zealand.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Look after the end-to-end process of the Labour Hire workers from setup, master data changes and terminations.
- Key contact for Labour Hire RCTI rate negotiation and communication of rate changes.
- Ensue all Labour Hire workers are set up in Kronos correctly, to follow the appropriate EA or Modern Award.
- Ensure consistency of data in SAP and Kronos for Labour Hire Workers.
- Weekly Reconciliation of RCTI Payments.

**Your experience**:

- 5+ years' experience in payroll services, or contractor services.
- Knowledge of Payroll Legislation and Compliance for Australian and New Zealand payroll is critical
- Experience working with multiple EBA's
- Previous experience supporting large volume blue collar Labour hire
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- A keen problem solver
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

This is a newly created role to support the growing complexity of Labour hire, as well as CSR continued growth. The payroll team work within the People and Culture team in a collaborative environment. This would suit someone who enjoys their job but is seeking a role that gives them a stretch to contribute towards process improvement.
