We are looking for an experienced part-time caretaker to complete common area cleaning for a high end apartment block in the Melbourne city area.

Duties include cleaning of common areas only, lift polishing, glass cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc. As the Caretaker/cleaner, you will also be monitoring minor repairs and maintenance requirements to our friendly helpdesk and maintenance team.

The properties that we look after are all newly developed apartment complexes with friendly residents.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.68 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
