SA Wine Co is a modern 5,000t winery, located in the Currency Creek wine region, 30 minutes from McLaren Vale and 10 minutes from Goolwa Beach.

We are currently seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team for Vintage 2023.
- Performing all basic wine analysis
- Analysis and calibration of OenoFoss unit
- Enzymatic analysis
- Routine maintenance on all laboratory equipment
- Assist in updating Vintrace with current analysis results
- Grape maturity sampling and crush analysis
- Preparing stock solutions for winemaker and assisting with tasting trials
- Liaising with clients as required to provide results and samples
- Ferment Rounds
- Occasional cellar work as required

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in winery lab is required.
- Ability to work extended hours including weekends during the peak of vintage (Monday to Saturday, 6am - 6pm)
- Driver’s licence and reliable car required. There is no public transport to the winery.

Vintage is expected to run until the start of May
